Designing the eLearning internal newsletter, email layouts for a global audience.
The company needed to communicate updates, new courses, and deadlines to thousands of employees across many countries. From the start i noticed that the information was scattered, engagement was low, and there was no consistent visual format. I realised that important communications were getting lost in the noise.
The Solution: A Modular, User-First Template System
I designed a suite of responsive HTML email templates that acted as a flexible communication engine.
Modularity: Built as interchangeable content blocks (hero, feature highlight, CTA, footer) so comms teams could quickly assemble clear, on-brand messages without a designer for each send.
Clarity & Hierarchy: I made active use of visual hierarchy so that the most critical information could not go ignored.
Brand Consistency: The system extended the corporate visual identity into the inbox, building trust and recognition with every send.
Scalability: I designed templates to work for a single course announcement or a major quarterly learning campaign, making the system future-proof.

The Impact: More than just visually pleasing e-mails
This system transformed internal communications from an ad-hoc task into a strategic channel. It provided the internal teams with a reliable, professional tool that increased clarity, reinforced the learning brand, and required far less back-and-forth for every campaign launch.
