As the Senior Content Designer at Renault Group on the Corporate team, I was the operational hub for visual brand consistency across RG’s global digital ecosystem. My role bridged strategy and execution, ensuring that every visual asset (from web banners to 3D car visuals) for Renault, Dacia, Alpine, and Mobilize was on-brand, on-spec, and effectively deployed by 100+ country teams.
The Challenge: Fragmentation at scale
Without centralised governance, brand expression was inconsistent, production was inefficient, and global campaign launches were fraught with misalignment. The content machine was powerful but lacked a coherent operating manual.

Solution: Building the Pillars
The Visual Assets Guideline
I authored the company’s comprehensive Visual Assets Guideline. This wasn’t just a document; it was the definitive source of truth that specified exactly how to create every type of asset, ensuring technical and brand fidelity, brand identity and visual consistency.

The Process Innovation
To bridge the communication gap, I proposed and built a system of simple HTML email templates. These were not just announcements; they were interactive delivery and instruction vehicles that packaged guidelines, specs, and assets directly into the workflow of country teams, drastically reducing errors and questions.

Central Governance – The Human Network
The Role: As the central design advisor, my role was not only assets creation, but also turning the assets guidelines into practice. I embedded myself as the connective tissue between departments, ensuring the system was understood and adopted.
The Reach: I directly advised:
– Content Writers & Publishers on brand application.
– Support Teams (with Jira) on assets guidelines.
– Deployment Managers on technical specifications of assets.
The Outcome: This transformed the Visual Assets Guideline from a document into a living practice. It established a clear escalation path and reduced tribal knowledge. I focused on creating a culture of ‘ask once, solve for all.’
The processes I put in place became the new default.
Output: Volume with Consistency
Governance enabled velocity. This small selection represents the thousands of assets produced, all meeting a consistent standard of quality and brand alignment.

Legacy & Impact
The ultimate measure of a good system is its longevity.
The processes, guidelines that I designed are still the operational pillars of the team many years later. This work reduced brand inconsistency and accelerated time-to-market for global campaigns. It also freed teams from speculative work to focus on creative production.
My contribution to this role with Renault Group, was between 2017 and 2022.
